Our Thanksgiving

Tonight we bundled up and headed to Grandpa and Grandma's for Thanksgiving.

Grandpa and Noah looked ready for the holiday in their matching fleeces.

Mason practiced for Santa. He's pondering what Thomas things Santa can bring him this year.

Quality time with Grandma and Grandpa.

Don't they look so calm and innocent?

Not so much.

There is a reason "The Kid Table" was invented for the holidays.

Noah did his usual routine of protesting to the dinner at the family functions, letting us all know he was "all done, all done!" as soon as the turkey was carved. So being the genius that I am I brought some crayons to the table to distract him while the rest of us enjoyed our dinner.

Moral of the story is its all fun and games until someone throws a crayon into the sweet potatoes.

Back to the kid's table for you Noah.

After the few minor setbacks we enjoyed a delicious dinner and headed to great grandma's for pie. Noah got hopped up on all the sugar and the lack of real food in his stomach, and ran from room to room dancing and screaming and entertaining all the cousins and grandparents.

Geno and I didn't mind though because the end result was this.

One worn out little turkey. Happy thanksgiving to all, and to Noah, goodnight.

How cute! We were talking about the kid's table at our gathering today. Next year, there will be 5 little ones! Totally crazy. I was so happy to see you yesterday. Can't wait to get together again.

I'm thankful for you!
