The Clock is Tickin...

I was filling out the December calendar last night, thinking about how eventful this month is going to be. Baby showers and Christmas parties fill up the weekends, and there written on the very last square of the month says "Max." Not sure what day Max will choose to make his debut, but he is more than welcome to come sooner than the 31st. Or later... though we are promising him more presents if he comes early (we are all about the bribes in this house). Went to the OB today and he said Max is head down in the pelvis, in the "go position." Will know more about if he really is getting ready for go time at my exam next week. I'm feeling very excited that it is almost time for Max to check out from hotel mom. This hotel feels overcapacity. We are ready for him to join the family. We talk every day about what Noah will think. We are prepared for highs and lows, temper tantrums and tender moments. I know that he will love his brother. But don't doubt for a second that his initial reaction will look something like this...
It is exciting to watch the Christmas season unfold through the eyes of Noah. His reaction to Christmas lights alone is one of pure joy. He is the greatest gift, and we are happy that we get to give him his gift, his little brother, sometime soon.
5 notes:
Im so excited to meet Max. It seems like your pregnancy has gone so fast, but Im sure you dont feel that way:)
Coming from the mind of a little brother, I think max fully expects to have his older sibling to praise his very exsistence..... I am only taking this from real world experience, right Geno?
How cool Jess!
I love the picture.
And I hope Max arrives at the perfect time :)
