Hello, Costco.

Last Sunday I was sketching out my meal plan for the week and it dawned on me. There will be a day where I will be cooking for 4 boys at my table. Every day. I could be one of those ladies you see at Costco attempting to maneuver more than one cart. My other option, stocking my freezer with Hungry Man Frozen Dinners, makes my stomach turn. So, like prepping for an natural disaster, I've been stockpiling recipes that will feed these boys. One who currently eats anything and everything. And one who willingly goes on hunger strikes.
And since my family blog is read by tens of thousands of people every day, I thought y'all might be interested in seeing what I feed these boys. And I'll gladly share the recipes with you. To keep all ten of you coming back for seconds.
See this weeks meals here.

breakfast for dinner is awesome! We do that for some dinners too. Best meal of the day! Will you be using your star wars pancake makers?

I have a cookbook called "Mad Hungry: Feeding Men and Boys." I can't remember how little kid firendly it is but there are some good, healthy options in there. There's also a really cool book called "The Family Dinner" which is more kid friendly and has ideas for table discussions and how to get the kids invloved in cooking. No matter what you feed them, I think many trips to Costco are in your future. :)

Thanks for the comments girls :) Sarah and I are always comparing cookbooks so if you find good recipes your kids love would love to hear them! Hope some of the ones I have will go over good with your kids, so check in on my meal plan blog and let me know if there's any recipes you want from there. And I'll see you at Costco ;)
