charlotte, gradually. went from only while sleeping and then when he was healthy we did it on a weekend. he cried for it for over an hour and it was heartbreaking. the same the next few nights and then it was done. i'm a wrip the band-aid off all at once girl but this one really hurt. might have let it go on longer but his teeth were starting to get an overbite from it. so he'll thank me one day! good luck to you!
