Red Robin Cheer

Ever the stickler for childhood traditions (remember our Chuck-E-Cheese nightmare?) I drug my family out on Max's birthday to Red Robin so they could sing to him. The boys were being extra crazy and over half of the people that attended were sick the next day. Needless to say not everyone in the family likes my traditions. But pretty sure this guy does.
Max got his first straw.
Which quickly became his first weapon.
The troopers that are brave enough to come with me on these outings.
Clearly my boys get their crazy gene from their grandpa and uncle.
Max gives Red Robin's spaghetti two thumbs up.
But he gives that rating to all food so don't get too excited.
Everyone at the restaurant thought it was hilarious that the staff was singing to a baby. But Max just sat their politely watching the performance. Patiently waiting for his free ice cream.
And it was worth the wait.
It was love at first bite.
Look at that big smile. He was in heaven. For everyone in attendance, consider this picture your thank you card for the illness that ensued for you in the following 24 hours.
You might need to look at it several times in a row to recover.

He was so cute! Too bad the food made us sick. Hey, at least your traditions are consistent :)
