Toy Story 3

Tonight we took Noah to see Toy Story 3. His first time ever in a Movie Theater.

He rocked his Sheriff Woody tee.

And brought along his Sherif Woody doll.

He was excited.

Walking into the theater Noah was in awe. Eyes wide as he took in all the people, bright lights, concessions of candy, and sounds from the arcade. All the while holding his dad's hand tight, clutching his Woody Doll and walking along as fast as his little legs would take him. So tender and sweet to watch.

Bless their human and wooden heart, Noah and Woody didn't weigh enough combined to hold down their own seat. Noah sat down, the front of the seat folded back up and our little guy almost fell through the crack.

So he was relocated to the VIP seats of mom and dads' laps.

When we told friends that we were going to the movie tonight Noah would quickly chime in with "And We Get Popcorn!" This kid knows how to do the movies right.

As for the movie itself, we all three loved it. Minus this one obscene monkey character that scared the bejezzers out of Noah. You can't see it in this picture but when the monkey appeared he was squeezing tight to Geno's forearm (a scary movie coping mechanism he learned from his mom)

Other then that, Noah seemed like he had a lot of fun. Geno and I definitely did. Its our new favorite of the 3. "Did you like the movie Noah?" we asked when we left the theater. "Nope. I didn't." He replied. "How come?" "Because the monkey." he said. So that's the 3 year old official review for you. But he sure did a lot of smiling during the movie so I don't think he would give it the thumbs down. Maybe just hit the fast forward button when you see the monkey come on the screen if you wait for it on DVD. Here's who to look for... isn't he charming?!

A little sugar on the way home and we were able to change the review to a thumbs up.

Looking forward to many more movie dates with my handsome boys in the future.
