PushUp Love.

It was a sad day for Max when the ice cream on his PushUp treat fell toppling to the ground.
He stared at his sad fortune for a full minute. Looked at me. Looked at ice cream on the ground. Looked at me. I could see the air bubbles coming from his head saying, "how are we going to fix this mom?" When I simply replied, "Sorry, buddy. Its a goner." Max attempted the following...
Solution 1: Pick up the pile of ice cream with his hand and try and stick it back on the stick. Result - a sticky, messy hand and no treat.
Solution 2: Attempt to scoop the ice cream back in its holder as if it were a shovel. Result - ice cream further smooshed into the ground and no treat.
Solution 3: Dip the stick of treat container in big globby mess and try to use it as a spoon. Result: one teeny, tiny bite of treat and one frustrated Max.
Solution 4: Stick whole hand in melted glob of ice cream and begin to lick hand. Solution - mom intervenes and Max falls to the floor in hysterics.
End result: new PushUp and an over-sugared finally happy baby Max.
The End.
PS... I realize the 5 second rule doesn't apply outdoors but I stopped him before he got to the ice cream that touched the ground. So thats a little better than gross.
PPS... This is my second post in a row involving high sugary treats. Our 2011 posts may be coming from fat camp.
