Sweet Things for Max

Tonight my sister invited some of the girls over for a Christmas Cookie Exchange/Baby Shower for Max. The christmas spirit was definitely in the air as we sipped spiced cider and listened to christmas music. I almost forgot about the shower part until the girls started predicting Max's due date ("early" - thank you!) and weight ("big" - hmm...maybe a Cookie exchange at 37 weeks pregnant isn't in ones best interest).

My friend Jess is the best gift wrapper ever. An alligator is roped around the gifts with a tag saying Max wrapped around his mouth.

Love this owl blanket. And so does Noah. I think he's sleeping with it right now.

So amazed that my friend Liz made these. She is so talented.

So many fun new clothes for Max.

And even something for Noah. So thoughtful Jovita!

Thanks to my sister for hosting this fun night with the girls. We decided at the end of the night that we would do this every year. "The Cookies or the baby shower for Jess?" One friend asked. Oh dear God. Please just the cookies.
